Have you ever felt like you should be further along by now…
Like you’ve tried, learned, started—and somehow keep ending up in the same place?
That’s where I found myself.
For a long time, I believed I just needed a better strategy…
More knowledge… more discipline… more effort.
But here’s what I started to notice:
No matter what I learned, something deeper was holding me back.
The Real Shift
I began to realize that the problem wasn’t on the surface.
It was underneath it.
👉 My subconscious mind.
The patterns I couldn’t see…
The beliefs I didn’t even realize I had…
The quiet resistance that would show up right when things started to move forward.
And once I saw that, I couldn’t unsee it.
Why I Created This Space
This isn’t a place where I pretend to have everything figured out.
It’s a place where I’m actively learning, applying, and understanding how real change happens—from the inside out.
Because here’s the important part:
You don’t have to fix everything at once.
You don’t have to become someone completely different overnight.
It’s safe to start with awareness.
It’s safe to start with small shifts.
And that’s what I’m doing—one step at a time.
What You’ll Find Here
Inside Identity Blueprint Lab, I share:
- What I’m learning about the subconscious mind
- The patterns that keep us stuck (and how to shift them)
- Real thoughts, realizations, and breakthroughs
- Tools and ideas you can actually apply in your life
Not perfectly. Not all at once.
But in a way that feels real and doable.
My Intention
My intention is simple:
👉 To understand myself on a deeper level
👉 To create real change in my own life
👉 And to share that journey with you as I go
Because if you’ve ever felt stuck, frustrated, or unsure why things aren’t working…
You’re not alone.
And more importantly—
you’re not as far away as it feels.
A Personal Note
My name is Holly Rae.
And this space is part of my own shift.
Real change doesn’t start with what you do.
It starts with who you believe you are…
what you expect…
and what you’re unconsciously repeating every day.
And that’s exactly what I’m here to explore.
